Armstrong Consultants, Inc. provides coordination
of land acquisition required to expand your airport
or to protect your airspace
(FAR Part 77 Airspace).
The FAA requires that Airport Sponsors
follow the guidelines of the Federal “Uniform
Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition
Policies Act” on airport project receiving federal
financial assistance.
Many communities prefer not to attempt
this process on their own. We have assisted in the successful acquisition
of over 140 parcels at over 25 airports. We pride ourselves on achieving negotiated contracts and avoiding condemnation/eminent domain proceedings.
